Converting screen porch into living area.

This staircase was relocated to accomplish a better use of available space. The stairs were taking too much space out of the living area making traffic flow inconvenient. A bathroom was also located in a poor location for the floor plan of the home and the kitchen cabinets were in very poor condition. The solution was to relocate the stairs, bathroom and the remodel the kitchen. The living room was converted to a dining room, and the dinette was enlarged to a living room. The kitchen and bathroom were enlarged, taking space from a utility area that was reconfigured. The floor plan now flows correctly, and the beautiful lake view this home offers is now fully available from the kitchen, dining, and living rooms.
